About AAA Caring Caretaker

Learn about AAA Caring Caretaker – a family-run company in County Durham providing commercial cleaning, removals and clearances, grounds maintenance, and facilities services.

We were founded by our current CEO Richard H Tucker MBE in 2015 to compliment an existing property business he was already successfully running, which highlighted a gap in the market for a trustworthy, reliable and cost-effective provider of ‘caretaker’ services.

Since then, we’ve enjoyed organic year on year growth thanks to contracts awarded by the likes of the NHS, MOD, PD Ports, Hartlepool Marina, Esh Housing and Portland Estates.

Today, we’re led by our Managing Director Alison Stephenson, who has overseen our move to new headquarters, Legacy House, at Bowburn North Industrial Estate, which will give the business the space to continue to grow.

As a business, we pride ourselves on our professional and dedicated workforce, many of whom are former Armed Forces personnel with unseen disabilities, and work tirelessly to ensure our clients receive the very best services from the AAA team.

Let’s talk about how we can support you.

Whether you need a dependable cleaning service or a trusted clearance partner, our experienced team is here to help. We’re proud to offer a professional, values-driven approach backed by years of growth and a commitment to doing things right.
