Kim Maskill

HR Manager

Kim is the main point of contact for anyone with a HR query.

It is her job to make sure all staff documentation is fully up to date and that staff have the support they need to do their jobs effectively.

She is also a mental health first aider so is there to help anyone who may have struggles or issues regarding their mental health.

She also produces a mental health focused newsletter which is given out to staff each quarter.

With her admin hat on, Kim helps manage the invoicing, arrange removals and manage holiday and sickness absence

She is also working with MD Alison to develop a more robust holiday and sickness absence policy which will be implemented later this year.
